We spent three and a half weeks traveling through Thailand with our young son – including a few days in Singapore – and received truly excellent service from Bavaria Travel Agency (advised by Dieter Geis). From the initial idea ("Where should we go?") to our return home, the team provided reliable, friendly, and expert support. We particularly appreciated the detailed advice on our itinerary (Bangkok – Chiang Mai – Khao Lak via Phuket), the flawless organization of our flights, including a stopover in Singapore, and the carefully selected hotels. Even shortly before our departure, we received proactive support – with tips on transfers, booking recommendations, and many small details that made all the difference. What impressed us most was that the team remained available, solution-oriented, and helpful throughout the trip. We never felt alone, but rather perfectly supported – this was invaluable for our family. Highly recommended – we would book with them again in a heartbeat. I've been booking my trips here for a few years now and I'm still extremely satisfied. They offer great advice, even when things have to be spontaneous or I don't have a concrete plan yet. I always get quick answers to my questions, and the hotel suggestions are just perfect. I feel well looked after all around and can sit back and relax – the travel agency takes care of everything. For me, it's the best address when it comes to travel!
